how do I get 300up?
After searching and reading I just want to make sure I understand the current state of things because some of the threads I was reading were old.
1. Any boost level will require dme reprogramming. 2. No one will reprogram a dme without buying their kit, so building something from scratch is bricking your car. 3. 300hp out of a 325i costs 5000 minimum because you have to buy a kit. I was just wondering because I was considering a 330 but there's just not enough low end power for my driving desires. I really don't even need a peak of 300 but I would like mid 200's by 3 grand. I love everything about this car but the motor is missing 2 cylinders. Seriously, it's a beautiful motor and for just 2 and a half liters it's amazing, but is there any cheap go fast to be had? |
Technique Tuning doesn't publicly sell a kit for the 325 but they've done it on a forum members car before so i would get in contact with them and figure it out from there.

If you can wire in and tune a Standalone ems in parallel with the factory dme, you can custom turbo your car however you want.

I like spray better for these cars. Too many dick vendors that only wanna push what they are selling, with no real sense of a community. Just money hungry thieves. IMO, but then again wtf do I know. :hi:

I dont want to spend that much on a car. I live in ohio and cant bear to watch 30 grand rust away. I cap my price at 10-15k. I drive 2-4 years and usually get good re-sale still.

10-15k doesn't get much these days. :/ |
So you want to upgrade your '02 325 to have more low end torque for $3K?
Trade it for a 330, swap the diff for 3.38 or 3.46 If you wanna go even faster you'll need to save up some more $$ |
I have a few M54B30 cranks/rods for sale. If you are serious PM me.
