Rough Idle and Drive, Help!?!

So this morning I'm driving to work, I'm sitting at the lights and my car begins to shake pretty badly. It's idling very rough when it's in Drive and Reverse when I have my foot on the brake, also idles rough in Neutral and Park but not as bad as D and R. When accelerating there's a slight loss of power and continues to get that same rough feel as when it's stopped. Not a clue what it could be, there is no warning lights on the dash at all? Maybe spark plugs need replacing?

Thoughts anyone????

similar problem last month. Replaced plugs, coils and fuel filter. Good as new.

Mine was doing the same thing. Ended up being the airflow sensor metre.

My first guess would be the coil packs. But always easiest starting with the simple stuff like your Airflow sensor - just pull it out and spray the mass air flow cleaner on it. If you are mechanically adept, then you can follow this diy on the coil packs;

Mine shakes in idle due to the rear shocks being soft. Haven't got around to it yet
