Yea I checked their inventory. Decent pricing for the motors. Sadly they only have a couple. There are many out there. But if I will be spending money for the swap, I am trying to find the best bang for the buck. I am trying to figure out if its possible to rebuild the engine without spending thousands on the engine+labor.
Could help more if you explained why you need to swap motors?
The motor gave out on me. I believe a rod or something down below seized up not letting the engine crank. I would think, taking apart the engine, diagnose it, and possibly rebuilding it would be better then just swapping motors.
have you tried cranking it by hand?
Yes. It moves and stops at a certain point
You sure you didn't mis shift? Pull the motor out of course.Pull the pan and head. Check the valves/pistons first. If not then maybe your oil pump nut gave up causing all sorts of carnage. Could also be a bearing that gave way.
