Yes this is real.. I saw a review on him on aol aswell.. His name is Noel barnum.. I know him.. He's into the stance scene and has a sweet frs.. His Instagram is "canibeatnoel"

Ok, let me rephrase that. Can his biceps/triceps actually be real? Judging solely from his forearms (or lack thereof) they almost have to be implants of some sort..

The man's name is Moustafa Ismail and he is a fraud. This occurs from Synthol (oil) injected into the arms.

There are a number of people like this and they're a joke in the bodybuilding world.

Synthol...look it up...no one would get arms like that and have forearms the size his are........u make ur own decision..I believe they are fake...

It looks like he has tumor growths...

Notice how he can only hold his arms up - he can't flex anything because the actual muscle is buried under so much oil.
