Heck, I'm getting some good motivation from this forum. Might as well.

Today I went up on DB press. I have been stuck on 60's.

Chest

Flat DB Press - 1 set of 65lbs X 7 and 2 sets of 60lbs X 8
Incline DB Press - 1 set of 55lbs X 7 and 2 sets of 50lbs X 5
Cable flies 3 sets 20lbs x 8
Low Cables - 3 Sets X 2lbs x 8
Weighted Dips with 30lbs- 3 Sets, 6,5,5 reps
Weighted push-ups with 30lbs 6,5,4 reps

I do. Everything (bench, squats, shoulder press) all went up by at least 5lbs, others by 10lbs. Heck, I did 10 dips with 30lbs weights and 5 pull-ups with 30lbs. Never got to that number before.

It's alright, you guys got me to do front squats. Which is making a big difference in quads. Before with back squats lower back and gluts got sore, now only quads get sore which is awesome. ROM with front squats is better as my butt can almost touch the floor.
