That seems like a good price given there's really nothing wrong with it. Bought mine 2004 with 98K miles for 17.5K a few months ago.

That thing will cost some BIG bucks someday. I sold my '04 R32 years ago to a dude who was unloading his M3 due to frustrations with the SMG. It's a bad gearbox, sorry dude.
