Price reduced.

Location: Champaign, IL

I am selling my 2005 BMW 330ci with the ZHP performance package. I am the third owner and purchased it in 2009 from a gentleman who owned BMWs since he obtained his license (his first car was a BMW 2002). My first year of ownership I commuted an hour each day before finally moving into the town of which I was working. Car has just under 72k miles. The car is in excellent condition and very well maintained. Stored and covered each December to April. Maintenance is up to date with the following performed during my ownership: Replaced injectors, bushings, tie rods, drive belts, and sensors, Inspection I and II. Free Carfax report available. Bridgestone Potenza tires, new fronts were put on this driving season.

The interior has no tears and no peeling of the steering wheel. I have two original keys, original books and manual, and service records from the previous owner and my ownership.
- Exterior color - Orient Blue Metallic (slight scuff on lower underside of front bumper, I'm reminded only when washing and waxing)
- Interior color- Natural Brown Leather seats, memory, lumbar, thigh extension
- Automatic Transmission
- Cold weather package (heated seats, headlight washers, ski bag)
- Integrated Bluetooth phone capabilities with voice command
- Moon roof - the track may need repair as it does not open smoothly.
- Adaptive Xenon Headlights
- Harman-Kardon sound system
- ZHP/Performance Package (M Sport Suspension, Front sport Seats, M Sport Steering wheel, M Sport aerodynamics package with rear spoiler, M Sport double spoke 18" wheels, anthracite roof liner, black diamond cube trim, Alcantara steering wheel)
- Shadow-line trim (black side trim)
- Bavarian Autosport fitted car cover with lock and key
- Tinted windows
- Black Kidney Grilles from Bavarian Autosport (OEM grilles and rear badging on hand)
- Trickle charger, car cover, sunvisor can be negotiated with sale.

Reduced and bump: $16,900.

Valid point, however it's very well maintained and documented, well optioned and a rare color combination. The major prevention and upkeep items have already been replaced.

I had to start somewhere with price. Would I be interested in owning an M3? Absolutely, however I guess I'm looking to sell to a buyer who would be (like I was) interested in cheaper insurance costs and cheaper maintenance costs, but also want more than the 330.

I already own a Z4M Coupe for fun and I'm one of those buyers that want more than another 330 to commute with. You have a very nice looking ZHP, but the automatic transmission kind of kills the stated point of looking for a ZHP to own more than a 330. I would perhaps still make you an offer because it would just be for commuting, but you're priced so high with your "start somewhere" price I simply don't think you would take it seriously. I'll continue to watch this thread as I look for my next car in case things change.

Reduced price: $18,000.

dinan19 01-18-2013 03:12 PM

$18,000 is reduced?

SoloII///M 01-18-2013 03:16 PM

Why the price bashing? Interested buyers are always free to make an offer.

prideNjoy325Ci 01-18-2013 06:05 PM

Very nice car, and I agree leave the guy alone with his price, not everyone is out searching for a M3

mutigchief 02-05-2013 12:22 PM

Thanks Solo and PrideNjoy for the respect. I just looked at KBB now for 2013. Reducing the price to $16,900 in hopes of sale, and that's below excellent and very good condition prices. I took more photos of interior and exterior last weekend. Happy to email pictures or facetime the car for interested buyers.

any trades? http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1951383

mutigchief 02-05-2013 02:42 PM

That's a beautiful M3, but unfortunately I'm not looking to trade. If I was to keep a second car I would keep the BMW I have now. Thanks for inquiring.

Grande D 02-05-2013 04:13 PM

Very beautiful car! The price looks good now.

illirep 02-05-2013 07:06 PM

Try zhpmafia.com. The lack of manual trans may scare the enthusiasts away, but you should not listen to the price gougers here.

A 2004 sedan with 105k miles just sold for $16k last week! Again, that was a 6 speed, but I think you are priced well here.

Good luck with the sale.

Bill

mutigchief 02-06-2013 01:42 PM

Thanks Bill, I'll check them out. Last I checked they weren't accepting new members, but I love their forum and visit it often. I'll message the admin and see what might be possible. The sale of the 2004 sedan with 105k miles for $16k is very encouraging.

choegatz 02-06-2013 02:32 PM

Bump... very unnecessary comments.

OP is willing to hear out offers, so it's not like he's adamant about the price completely.

Amazing, wish I could sell my 325xi and purchase this....haha.

sadpanda03 02-06-2013 02:53 PM

I would love to have this! I've only had my 03 330 for a year though. Glws. Someone will be happy they bought this.

A couple more photos.

I'm not sure why my pictures uploaded sideways. I need to look into an image hosting solution.

sadpanda03 02-07-2013 02:45 PM

Trade for 03 330i :)
