Sedan/Coupe door arm rest interchangable

Are the door panel arm rest for the coupe fit into a sedan? Currently I have tan interior and the leather has been poorly kept by the previous owner, so I was wondering the the arm rests for the door panels be interchanged?

Currently I have the full leather arm rest and I was seeing if I can swap it out with a wood grain/brushed steel arm rest. Currently I wipe my arm rest almost every other day because it catches dirt really easily. If worst comes to worst, I'm considering wrapping it with maybe carbon fiber or wood grain wrap.

Any thoughts on what I can do or some opinions on the wrap idea? I really don't want to wrap it because it'd seem awkward to have a plush feel to wood grain or carbon fiber.

Sedan doors are larger and longer vs the sedans. So I heavily doubt it! Thought of wrapping them, in vinyl? That's what I did. You can check my album.

Hmm, well this is the arm rest I have (Full leather):

Except mine is tan and really, really poor condition. I was wondering how it'd feel if I wrap it? I really don't want to re-upholster it.
