Fix or is it time to sell?

I have a 99 323i automatic, with 184k. Lately it seems like one thing after another has been popping up. I don't know if I should fox it or all it and get something newer and better. Here are my issues:

Oil drip, rough idle (especially when warming up and check engine light came on before this started occurring and stays on now), grinding/rubbing noise from front passenger side that's noticed on take off and when accelerating at high speeds too (mainly between 2-3k rpm). This rubbing I can feel the vibration through the gas pedal plus it is LOUD. I have ideas on what all these issues could be, but I want to get others opinions fist to see if I'm anywhere even close.

Forgot to mention I have a fuel leak somewhere when I fill up over 3/4, then my gauge drops twice as fast as usual, but when at half its fine. I have no idea on this one...

Thanks everyone!

I'd suggest you find a reputable indy shop and fix it. I just bought my coupe a full tech 2 service & front control arm replacement for it's xmas gift.

I feel so much better after putting the money into my car. The car is now needing lowering, exhaust, & tune then ill be fine..

You'll fall back into love again very quickly trust me..

Well I think the rough idle could be a number of things. Maybe the pre-cat o2 sensor if the check engine light came on. Or maybe check and see if the throttle body is very dirty. Also might want to check the vacuum lines for leaks.
