Coupe window not dropping the 1/4 inch
 

Hey all!.

I'm having a problem and am hoping you all can point me in the right direction.

I have a '01 325Ci and the front windows are not dropping that 1/4 inch when the door closes and retracting the 1/4 inch when the door closes.

The one touch auto feature works well on both sides and the windows go up and down normally.

I read that there is a "reset" feature that will enable the drop feature. I'm not sure it makes a difference, but this is a euro delivery car.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Wow! I guess this one stumpped the panel! No ideas on the procedure?

No body has seemed to be able to fix this...even the dealers... it just comes and goes. I've been there too, but mine start working.

Sometimes the door actuator can be the cause if the window auto up/down reset doesn't fix it.
