feeling unwell after intercourse
 

I figured this was a health issue. It really doesn't matter when, or where, but I always feel sickly after sex. If this is a common thing(google says yes), then what can I do to combat it? I don't have any feelings of guilt, it just feels like I always wake up with the cold afterwards.

I get a similar feeling if it's with a new chick. You did just swap a lot of body fluids with another person. It's not like the normal "I just came and want to sleep" feeling. I always thought it was my immune system fighting all the wh0r3 I just had.

I usually supplement some vitamin C and zinc after for a couple days. A little before too if I know it's going down. Usually feel better a few hours into the day after a half a liter of water or so. I don't know if it works, but I q-tip my nostrils with neosporin also... my mom used to make me do it as a kid and i've always rebounded quickly with those three things getting sick or post intercourse sick. :dunno:
