Who's got boost?

I'm trying to plan my build, but have never actually seen a boosted non-m (or any boosted NA BMW for that matter). I was leaning toward and AA stage 2 kit, but want a little more experience with forms of FI for these cars. If anyone in the eastern Massachusetts area doesn't mind getting together for a little meet (would have a few cars show up, or as many as we can get!) I would love to see your setup. If interested in a meet, and especially if you have a boosted non-m, reply to this thread or send me a PM! Thanks,

Cole

By this summer I will be custom turbo. all of it DIY.
Easiest way is a supercharger kit.

You're build thread/site is sick, I go to school in Shrewsbury and have to come down and take a look sometime

The best reason I can think of is that S motors are too easy to get. Why reinvent the wheel, the M54 is as much to tear down as a S54.. (Basics like gaskets ans such for a inspection refresh and compression ratio adjustment. )

I live a couple miles form Horsepower freaks, and I talked to a couple different guys there about my 330ix..

They both said the same thing,,, the M54 just does not handle the HP upgrades the M3 bottom end will...
I'm not sure I believe its that dire, the M54 may not make 1400 hp , but450 would rock...

Problem is their kit price is above and beyond my fun budget... LOL

If you're looking for locations I know Jordan's furniture in Framingham is pretty lenient with meets as long as everyone's respectful. Plus they have a lot that's 3 times too big for their needs

Well boys, we got a couple. Would anyone want to go to the drag strip in epping nh? Good lot to get together, car guys all around, and there's entertainment for the night!

Where in mass are you from Cole? Also when do they open?

They open in the spring, so if we were to do something in the near future then Jordan's furniture/other lots would probably be better. I'm from cape cod, and go to school in Waltham

I'm down for some meets later in the spring. Im Always in Boston

In Newton. I have a problem with fuel delivery right now though. Switching out my fuel pump and filter to see if that solves the problem. If so, I should be getting power to the wheels I should be. If all good, I can show you my setup.

NFSx328ci 01-08-2013 04:27 PM

Yup, let me know whenever these meets are happening
