Anyone got their resonators deleted?

Anyone in the brooklyn area has their resonators deleted for a 325i? I'm debating on whether to do this or not. If you do, I would like to hear it if possible.

Sounds great north of 4k.

and u can't hear it below 4k right?

do you have your resonators deleted? if so , both or just 1?

I have both of them removed with the stock muffler on and it doesnt make that big of a difference.

I wasted my money and if I were to go back, id just get the muffler replaced with an aftermarket one. Muffler delete sounds nasty to me imo

I had a Remus muffler with both resonators installed. Didn't really make a big difference. Deleted the rear resonator and it growled a little bit. I then deleted the front one and it really sounds great. I've had two different Remus mufflers with both resonators deleted and they both sounded phenomenal. I have no experience with stock muffler though

yea i'm not fan of a muffler delete either. I don't want it to be too loud. Just a louder grumble than what it is now. Want it to sound MEAN when i floor it or downshift.

With my Remus and resonator deletes, when I'm cruising at slow speed on second gear at 2k rpm, it sounds pretty mean. I love the growl it makes. Man do I love tunnels too. Lol

I :luv: my Remus, the growl at low RPMs is awesome, sounds beastly at high RPMs.

OP just do it and add a components to get the sound 'you' want.

There is only one resonator, many people call the first muffler a resonator, but it is not.

I have res+muffler deleted.

lol, if the headers will throw on the CEL, then i'm not cool with that.

Remus exhaust is something around $800? That's what I have seen so far. Am I in the right ball park?

Depends which one you get. But that's about average. The first Remus muffler I had was about 700 and my current one was 1000.
