Rim size

Was curious what is the widest tires I could do without rolling my fenders on my 03 325 coupe on TMS coilovers. Also offset 18x?x?

New to the wheel stuff.

how wide of a wheel would you be running.

the tire size you could run depends on a lot, offset, width, how low you are.

YOLO89 01-12-2013 05:27 PM

The rears are 255 forgot the front size. I haven't installed the coils yet, I'm waiting on getting some new wheels so I can just do it all at once.

rcsummers 01-12-2013 05:45 PM

255 is the max i would go in the rears.

whats the offset of the wheels youd be running? and how wide are they?

YOLO89 01-12-2013 05:49 PM

Staggered. Front 8x18 rears 9x18 that's all that is listed

rcsummers 01-12-2013 05:52 PM

do you currently have the wheels?

the offset is usually listed on the backside of one of the spokes. looks like ---- et _ _ (the offset will be were the lines are obviously)

I don't have the wheels it's from someone local who has them on his car still. Waiting on him to reply back but if it helps any he has them on his e36 m3 sedan

once you find out the offsets, post them up.

They'll fit. E46 m3 staggered set fits on mine. 18x8.5 (F) 18x9.5 (R)

Those sizes with offset of 35 front and 20 back would work fine?

I wouldn't recommend putting on an 18x9.5 ~20 rear with a 255 tire and no fender work. That will surely rub, especially if you're lowered.

Post up the wheel offsets when you get them. Any reason you don't want to roll your fenders?

This is how the car sits right now. The wheels I actually am going to pick up possibly this weekend are "miro 111" should I run 18x8.5 et 35 or 18x8.5 et 35 /18x9.5 et 20? If I must roll the fenders I will just trying to get the best look.
