I'm all for guys filming videos at 2AM or on closed roads where they have several cars and can make sure no one is around. Yes, dangerous, but not as bad as this guy. I would argue that this guy deserves to go to jail for several years for this. The number of pedestrians he barely missed. Going that fast in such a crowded area :tsk:
