I'm Irfan and just joined probably the best BMW forum site. I'm in the process of buying a 2002 plate BMW 318 I Se spec in silver. 95k miles Part service history. MV2 18" alloys.

Is there anything i should look out for.

The person selling has said there is 2 places where there is surface rust, so that's 1st thing getting sorted out.

Did BMW fix the swirl flaps or were they on pre face lift models.

Cant wait to start driving a real wheel drive german machine.

In UK i think the best driving roads are either in Wales or Scotland, lots of rural countryside, twisty bendy roads
