Beware of user "speedsation"
 

I recently bought some gloss black grilles from speedsation. I was told they were in "prefect condition".

Upon receipt, I noticed several small chips and nicks on the surface, and informed speedsation of this. I was told that he "would have sworn" they were in perfect condition. I wanted a full refund and reimbursement for return shipping. He balked at the suggestion, and insinuated that I had somehow, before even installing grilles on my car, caused the chips. I sent a picture to verify their condition, and he complained that the photo I sent was too large. He offered a full refund, but that would put me out $10 on shipping, and the item was only $40 to begin with.

I ultimately settled the dispute through PayPal by requesting a partial refund. Shortly thereafter, speedsation sent the following PM:
