I noticed that too. I really wish they would be different weekends. I wanted to go to both.

MFEST... or Bimmerfest hmmmmmm...:hmm:

Mango 01-30-2013 10:31 AM

bimmerfest all the way. i've never liked ///mfest or the idea of ///mfest even when I had an M3. some of the people there too... leased M6s (or 72 month loans with 30% interest rates) with black vinyl over everything and blasting rap music going 130mph on the way to vegas and making us all look bad.. need i say more.

bimmerfest brings everyone together rather than a select few

I'm definitely attending :excited: not really into Mfest since I'm not a racer. I just like to admire cars. I'm gonna try and lower my car and get some new wheels on it by then.

i personally like MFEST cause of the cheap hotel rates, and the fact you can see the cars in action on the drag & track.. but id have to say both events have douchebags (sadly) i remember 2012 caravan Calabasas-Pasadena, they blocked off the 134 to a stop..... ULTIMATE DOUCHE BAG IMAGE for BMW's i didnt agree or participate in it, just flew by them on the shoulder.. -.-

I wish i could attend both though lol

kwlaznkid 01-30-2013 06:34 PM

wish i could attend both as well but mfest for me this year 4 years and going strong for mfest :)

I agree both groups have their dbags. every bimmerfest caravan i almost get hit by some dweeb with an unshaven face and blacked out everything. this e90 almost hit me last time cause he couldn't stop fast enough (stock 328i on grandma wheels/tires with blacked out everything and plastidipped wheels)

they treat it as a race :thumbdwn:
