Cold engine misfires in three cylinders
 
Everyday I continue to get three cylinder misfires. It is always three cylinders. Today it was cylinder 1, 2, 3. Yesterday the misfires were 2, 4, 6. The day before it was 2, 4, 5 and so on. This has been going on for over a month now. Before it would be one random cylinder misfire but the problem has gotten worse. The wife drive the car daily and it is driving her nuts and I get to hear about almost daily. The car has 143K miles on it and these are the things that have been replaced in the last ten months:

Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Throttle Body
DISA
Exhaust CPS
Spark Plugs
Valve Cover
Valve Cover Gasket
All 6 Ignition Coils
Cleaned ICV several times
Clean MAF several times

Disregard. Wife just got home and said there were no misfires today so I guess I fixed the problem last night with some miracle juice. Will continue to monitor.

The MAF would cause something like that. Cleaning it doesnt always do the job.
In my case, I had 6 misfires due to a slit on my intake boot. Crazy aint it?

You need a scan tool that will read real time data.

You need to look at the fuel trims, temps and MAF readings.

I don't have an android. I was thinking maybe the CCV is toast or MAF. The idle feels low and fluctuates like it is about to die for about 10-15 seconds on a warm engine when starting it up.

Suggest you get the software in the 2nd link I provided if you do not have a Droid.

The price is up $2 from a few days ago, still under $25 at this moment.
