What % of people tip 20%+

what % of people tip 5% and less.

When I was a bartender (2006ish) I would say 25% of people tipped over 20%. 50% of people tipped around 15%. 25% of people tipped under 15%.

Rough figures.

Valeting....well, that was a different story. $2-3 was typical, $5 was still normal, anything above $10 was out of the ordinary.

I tip very well when I feel the service person has gone above and beyond. Other wise 15-20 percent. I have tipped as much as 75% for dinner parties I have had at resturants.
