She Squats Bro
Hey I thought about making this thread because a girl friend of mine (friend that is a girl) was wondering how to workout her butt to make it nicer.
So as well as giving good info on what workouts to do to shape the butt, we could post some motivational pictures of "She Squats Bro" type of girls. im trying to get my girl to lift heavy weights and squat/deadlift. She's of the typical mindset she'll turn into the female version of hulk hogan. She currently plays basketball and does zumba dance twice a week... at least she listens to me about diet

If that is too complicated, have her focus on cutting carbs out and eating less. Kind of hard for me to comment specifically on diet when I don't know her current stats / etc. Girls are tricky, if you complicate things they'll quit altogether. That workout seemed like the typical bodybuilding.com overkill. See if others agree |
