Interest in DIY Ribeye and Artichoke?

made a couple DIY cooking threads and tonight I have a prime ribeye that is about 2 inches thick :) and im going to make rice and boil artichokes.... any interest in me making a DIY like i have fish tacos and meat101/ribeye with Brussel sprouts?

FIY: Artichokes contain minerals snd chems(aluminum for one) that get released when cooking that may be absorbed into your cookware and taste in your cooked artichoke... should i go on more and make the thread lol?

Nice! I made this last night for dinner for myself and my fiancé! Came out really good! How do you cook your artichokes?

i usually boil them and make a dip/sauce to scrape the leafs with like a garlic/herb butter and then eat the heart and the stem as is because they are so packed with flavor

Nice, I boil them and make lemon/salt and a little bit of oil to dip them in. In the summer I cut them in half, boil it, then grill them for about 5-8 mins!

stuffed artichokes are one of my favor things to have... put some sliced black olives in the stuffing and boil them in about an inch of water/stock/oil... yep, for about an hour or so.

definitely need fresh lemon on top when you are done.

dying for them now... LOVE

I normally make grilled asparagus and sautéed Bell peppers with my ribeyes
