This looks...pretty well done...I am definitely going to take a second look for it...Might a bit too much CGI but looks entertaining for certain.

Intresting... could be a good one to look out for. But then again, I am in for almost anything with driving that looks decent

Well Driven was supposed to be about Formula1/Senna, untill Stallone had to make compromises during production with licensing issues and it snowballed into the POS we know today.

The problem with Driven wasn't the series it depicted. The problem with Driven (along with so many car/racing movies) is the over-dramatization and over-sensationalization of the action.

I imagine that it's no small challenge to capture and convey the real-life drama of auto racing within the context of a feature film thats trying to appeal to a wide range of auto racing fans plus non-fans. A movie isnt going to capture what its like to really be there. And when we watch races on TV, we get replays from a zillion angles and commentary and sidebars with stats and uodates and and and. That stuff doesnt work in movies.

But so many of these films go completely over the top that they just ruin the whole thing.

Hopefully Rush won't be that way. But the trailer does seem to allude to some CGI that may be a bit extreme.
