Im going to take a guess with the low compression, the oil control rings are likely faulty as well. Bad valve seals wouldnt cause you to lose 3 liters of oil. You have mis-fired ses codes as well...

Deeper then most of the exhausts that I have heard of for the e46's non-m's so far but not overbearing. It meets the 92db sound restriction at lunga seca race track.

Yes it is for 325/330.

I like it because it does a have a nice deep sporty tone to it. At highway speeds it doesnt have any droning unlike some exhaust. It also wasnt loud enough to attract attention from law enforcement...
