Removed entire front bumper and reassembled everything that was result of a bit of damage. Gotta make a trip to Auto-Zone for some nuts and bolts tomorrow.

I'm aware that the tire well needs to be cut. The only option is to buy an M3 bumper even with the diffuser? And will it fit without spending heaps of money on getting it fitted?

Maintenance records are key, but take a look at...

Maintenance records are key, but take a look at the motor, that will give you a basic idea of how it's been treated. Run it a few times if you can and listen carefully. Only time will tell though.
