Have broken pulley, mechanic was to replace ALL $640

So I have a broken power steering pulley and the mechanic gave me a quote for $630 to replace ALL pulleys and the two belts. He said they are all bad.

I have been slaying a slew of codes recently and just fixed the second to last one which was the exhaust camshaft position sensor. That must have been totally shot since the car would idle super fast...
