No chips in the chrome and the clips are still intact. I think that one of the clips is split a little, but it doesn't affect anything, it'll still hold securely. They're in pretty good shape. ...

PB Blaster works pretty well. Leaving it soak overnight is what I did. If its really rusted on there though, a shop might be your only option.

Mine have left-right adjustment. There is an adjustment screw/wheel thats hidden by the fender. Look behind the spot where the turn signal clip is. There is a wheel that will adjust that.

Tinting is a skill...i tried it once and failed. Also, Autozone doesn't have good quality tint. In the long run, you're better off having a shop do it. They'll warranty it as well.

Some people use vinyl(pita imho) and some paint the trim. There are many diys on the site. Check them out and see what's better for u.
