If the people are paying higher prices for zhp's than they are paying it. Market price for a zhp with those miles is at least 1-3k more thna what seller is listing. very motivated to sell.

Clutch was changed by bmw at 50k. So it can't be a worn clutch. And I cannot "see" that he was wrong, it's possible it wasn't installed properly or just a failed part.
