FIXED: I replaced the vanos seals and valve cover gasket. Torque/acceleration is good on all range.. The idle fluctuation also disappeared (happens when parking/backing up i.e. feathering the clutch)

I had same problem, i replaced the vanos seals and problem of dipping/revving was gone. Been 5 months now.
