Any system that starts at the exhaust manifolds (where the cats are) is a cat back. Borla and Superspint both make cat back systems for the E46.

That is a weighted knob. It is the 884 knob where the ZHP knob everyone is talking about is the 886 knob. I have seen a few ZHP's with that knob stock. It is still a great weighted knob.

To be fair it was not on an E46... it was on an E36 M3 with a 3.5 hfm, that kit went off the market shortly after I bought it. I called afe, they did not seem to care and kicked it back to the place...
