Wouldn't it be a lighter combo to have less rubber and bigger wheels? Also, there should be a performance increase as the car will be more predictable (tune-able) because there is less uncertainty...

The Pelagos actually has a very 3-D like dial because of the way the markers are raised and the way that the outer part of the dial is at an angle. But yeah, it is a real tool watch.
