BMW dealers will have a entire set on hand in the workshop, $15 a piece. IIRC e46 had a few variations on the security nut for each car.

Anything not a D series bulb(D2S, D2R, D4S etc) is either fake, or re-based(genuine D bulb removed then moulded into a different base, in our case H7)

You much better off buying...

I've used USPS many times with The Retrofit Source, and never had a issue with it either on AustPost's end. That was however a expidited USPS service so it does get a little priority from AustPost.
