I went with Akebono pads on my 330 six years ago...

I went with Akebono pads on my 330 six years ago and they've been great. Still have about 40% life left on them too!
I remember the break in proceedure at the time was to drive modestly with them...

Yeah your engine mounts are done. One of mine was worn completely in half. Did mine around the same mileage as yours, vibration gone after replacing them.
