Depending on how bad your rubbing just take a dremel tool to the inner fender where your making contact to take a drill with a wire brush and take it inside the fender lip and get all the rubber out...

Dude just wedge a long screw driver between the bolts behind the blade and use your 32mm wrench to loosen it. Remember it's reverse thread so pull your wrench toward the driver side fender.
