The CDs that typically come w the scanner doesn't work on majority of cases. A lot of scanners out there does need to be modified to make work. I have about 4-5 years of experience with the scanners...

Yes a lcm is needed to get things working correctly. This is for xenon headlights and has triple blink as well. Can code it for you as well.
