Just did a bulb swap, it is the bulbs. One is white, one is white / purple. I'm going to throw one of my stock Osram bulbs in, and see how close the color match is to the JLevi bulb that looks ok.

Thanks Mike! I took the trunk deck lid liner out and disconnected the license plate assemblies. The one assembly is quite corroded, so I might just order two new LED based housings and replace them...
