Bad battery would b my first guess but need more info. How old is the battery? Will it start if you jump it? Are u certain the FSR was draining your battery?

I doubt your MAF is bad but if you buy one get Siemens which I believe is OEM. Cheap non OEM MAF sensors don't work well with these cars.

You probably have a vacuum leak. Check both your intake...

If you already changed the fuel pump and the fuse I would change the relay as well. You can swap it with the horn relay...

I could b wrong but pretty sure it's only engaged when the clutch pedal isn't depressed & in gear. That's why when you push the clutch pedal the noise would stop if it's a bad throw out bearing.

Quite possibly A/C belt tensioner pulley. Not sure if u can just change the pulley without swapping out the belt tensioner as well. Either way it's easy to do. Change the belt while your in there.

Leave in neutral, pop the hood & have someone rev the engine. You def will hear it if it's a pulley with the hood open.

I hope it's not the clutch throw out bearing but it sounds awfully similar...

What's your mileage? Could be your fuel pump. Have your mechanic check fuel pressure at the rail. Not expensive & easy to change. I'd try that b4 the torque converter. Although if the issue goes away...

There are so many things that can cause this. How many miles are on the car? Have u ever changed your fuel pump & filter? A soft failing pump may not throw a code. Vacuum leaks are also a concern...
