So when the AC is off the engine idles below 600rpm, maybe somewhere close to 500. Engine rumbles, hesitation on acceleration, all the symptoms of an intake leak. Turn the AC on and the engine idles...

Sorry about that low res, didn't realize it. They were lean codes, can't remember the numbers. After I reset the codes the light never came back on so I'm assuming fuel trims are fine.

All of those parts you mentioned except the brake booster have been replaced with OE ones within the past 20K miles. Idle data was taken while in park.
