I would definitely clean em cause it made a huge difference in idle, car doesn't shake as much. As for o2, CCV, and VCG, thats next on my list...car is running well so trying to avoid starting...

Help with DISA, ICV, Throttle Body cleaning aftermath!(possibly solved)

I cleaned all three, didn't replace the o-ring(even though i bought it) on disa cause it was a fairly snug fit...but double checked the intake boots and everything seems to be closed up so no vacuum...
