Gonna do this right and borrow a fuel pressure gauge from Autozone tonight. Will come back with "real" fuel rail pressure after I use the right gauge.

Pretty sure it is. With the key on, HVAC fan off, and hood up, I hear what I think is the fuel pump humming. If the pump is running, can I safely assuming it's priming/pressurizing the fuel rail?
