so i figure the problem was since there was a hole in the intake tubes which is after the MAF sensor... when i dropped it into neutral it was sucking to much excess air into the ICV and the vacuum...

you should change all 6 out not just one. change all 6 while you there.

yeah put another half a can of seafoam in the engine oil. no need for anymore...
