To pass emissions in most states you need cats. Whether they are located in the headers (US spec) or the Sec1 (euro spec) doesn't matter. You can do anything else you want to your exhaust and pass......

less loud (uses cone filter instead of panel filter, restricting air flow/sound)

but uses the MAF instead of an AlphaN tune (MAF-less) that the CSL uses....

Dinan does this as 100% stock and there for only look purposes. They call it "free flow" muffler since it only comes out of one side. kinda looks funny when it is cold out and only half of the tips...

You have studs already correct? Pretty sure they are generic and will fit all wheels oem or not but not 100% on that.

Make sure you get the correct size. I think ours are 1.5
