That's huge. What you can do is get a test light and close the circuit by taking two t pins and sticking the fuse holder that's blown. Don't let them touch! Put electrical tape on one if u have to....

The steering angle is done in DIS and the test plan just has you put the steering at center, so then it will calibrate the position to be at 0 degrees angle.

Sounds like your alternator is going full field. Which means the regulator is at full ground. There is a dme test to make ssure the computer isn't the culprit but I highly doubt it if everything else...
