My trans failed at 120,000 broken reverse drum (D) I do my own maintenance but have never torn into a trans before found a diy on this site for replacing the bad failed drum.Found the drum on ebay...

I ve been working on cars for 25 + years rebuilt a few engines done just about everything but never cracked opened a transmission let alone a automatic.It never even crossed my mind something way too...

help cooling fan removal

for the life of me i have an automatic trans so my cooling fan is mechanical and i been trying to remove it for hours hitting wrench clockwise my next hammer is gonna be a sledge #$^&**(

need help id key fob component

OK i sliced opened my BMW fob and in the process i whacked off a component (part) off the circuit board and didn't notice it at first so who knows where it is now i just need a clear picture of one...

sounds like the torque converter isnt seated all the way and you can break the transmission pump if it get rotated while it is binding like you say you need to rotate the converter by hand while...
