I occasionally have the same throttle hang issue....

I occasionally have the same throttle hang issue. no CEL or codes tho. I was also thinking the clutch wasn't grabbing or releasing properly.

Dont use ramps. If you jack the rear of the car up enough that the tires just come off the ground, the sway bar will move out of the way enough to get the hex socket in there.

Xenon ballast, ignitor questions

my drivers headlight has been out so i bought new bulbs and put them in but it still doesnt work.

so how does one determine if the ignitor is bad or the ballast? of is better to just replace them...
