Fresh winter wheels!

I picked up a set of OEM BMW Countor II's from a friend a while back but they needed refinishing. I got them for a bargain and just got them installed today at the wheel shop that did the paint work....

I've run it at as low as -5F (-20C). I always let it it idle for at least 5 minutes before setting off at that those temps, and then keep RPMs under 3k until oil reaches ~170F (77C). It runs strong...

Will a set of 225/60/18 fit on all 4 wheels (18" OEM staggered) of a stock ride height e46 M3? I found a great deal for a set locally but I'm unsure if there will be clearance... How about 225/55/18?...

I'm looking around for a set of used wheels that I can have for snow tires and I've come across a good deal, but I'm unsure if they will fit my car because of offset/brake size... I've got a 2002 M3...
