Thank for all the advice, I just found out that it was all do to fan cluch getting stock and blowing the fan blades apart.

Fan blades fail.

Did anybody had a issue in with your fan blades go flying off and braking the radiator, shroud, air intake duct and messing up the hood too?.

Just a keep update, Today I change the fuel filter and the fuel relay before changing the fuel pump, i will run it see if that takes care of the problem.

The fuse box is accessed by flipping two white tabs on the "ceiling" of the inside of the glove box 90 degrees and pulling it down. Is fuses number 54.

I Been having the same problem with my E46 i was told it could be the air mass flow sensor, is there any logic on this diagnosis. Some times it works and sometimes just won't start.
