I have the same issue. When I have to, say, back it out of the garage to get the lawn mower out, I just let it run for a for a minute or two. Not worth the time or expense to figure it out.

I have the same issue, sticks up maybe a quarter inch. Figured it would me more trouble than it's worth to try to figure out and adjust, esp with the auto drop when the door is opened.

Just have the tire reseated and see what happens. My wife's van had the same problem due to a little corrosion over time. Reseating the tire fixed it.

I used JBWeld on mine to strengthen the plastic. Mine were only crack - nothing missing - and it worked well. Use it to rebuild the missing section. Good luck.
