Yeah I have a 330i with the sport package and it settled perfectly. With H&R Race Springs you would have to trim the front bump stops.

Dude, I feel your pain! I had to take a reciprocating saw and cut through both headers right before the flanges that mate with the rest of the exhaust; I couldn't get those damn nuts off for the life...

My factory nuts (330i) were copper and I bought all new OEM nuts when I installed my headers and they were also self locking copper nuts.
