The Lemon Law (with variation from state-state)...

The Lemon Law (with variation from state-state) only applies to new cars that wont run at all and cant be fixed in 3 tries. Cosmetics dont count.

My 2002 330ci sport with the Conti's is passing 15K miles (spends a lot of time in the garage) and I see the rear tires are getting near the wear ribs but the fronts have easily double or more tread...

You dont necessarily have mutual oil/water...

You dont necessarily have mutual oil/water contamination with a blown head gasket. There are only a few oil ports thru the gasket and if they're not next to the cylinder that blows then you wont see...

depends on your city driving - lots of stop/go, driving in lower gears? Eats up mileage faster than you can believe. I drive mostly boulevard 4th gear driving and I get around 21..

battery is going bad, accessories and lights will work long after starter is inoperative. Clicking is the starter solenoid, but not enough current left from the battery to turn the engine over.
